Dear Customer,

In the lights of the current economic climate where costs are going through the roofs'. We have decided to do all our communications electronically via emails to cut cost of the telephony. We do feel that sometimes customers would want to talk to us on the phone from time to time which is something we should still be able to organise. However, in such cases we would require some form of notice to make sure there is someone available to talk to you. This is because most of our staff are now working from home and there is very limited staff in the office. 

Therefore, if you would like to have a chat with our accounts or tech team then please let us know via email on admin@techtradeukltd.co.uk. and we will arrange this for you. We do however, believe that we can answer 99.99% of the queries via emails. We advise you to do so if there are any queries regarding your orders or if you require any technical advice. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.
