1. Introduction

TechTradeUKLtd.co.uk is operated by TechTradeUKLtd. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this site and the purchase of products from TechTradeUKLtd. By using our services, placing an order for products by providing us with a valid purchase order and/or accepting/signing these Terms and Conditions and/or Agreement(s) via the online form, postal order form and/or via email you agree to be bound by these Terms.

It is the responsibility of the competent individual to use their own judgement when placing order for goods and services. No representation or warranty, express or implied, is or will be made and no responsibility or liability is or will be accepted by TechTradeUKLtd in relation to the accuracy or completeness of the content of any product other than what’s agreed (in the signed agreement) between TechTradeUKLtd and you/end user.

"Writing" includes emails. When we use the words "writing" or "written" in these terms, this includes emails.

Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

2. Delivery

• All orders placed through TechTradeUKLtd are subject to our acceptance. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have requested.
• Upon confirmation of your order, we will arrange for the delivery of our products/services to the address specified in your order. We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver products/services on or before the delivery date specified/agreed in our order confirmation/signed agreement. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date due to other third party vendors and suppliers. We will however, keep you posted with any relevant updates.
• The costs of delivery will be inclusive of the quoted cost unless stated or agreed otherwise.
• We will deliver the goods to the location that you submitted on the order/agreement form during the ordering process only.
• We will contact you once we are ready to despatch the goods and will require a site contact to sign and receive the delivery. Once the goods are delivered, you will have 48hours to check for any damages and report it back to us via admin@techtradeukltd.co.uk reporting relevant goods as DOA (Dead on Arrival). In this instance we will raise a RMA and advise you of the steps of replacement of the faulty item(s).

3. Cooling-off Period

• We offer a 14-day cooling-off period for all products ordered. This period begins on the day your order is placed and/or upon receiving a valid purchase order and ends 14 days after this date. If you change your mind about a product during this (14 day) period, you may cancel your order for a full refund, subject to the terms set out in section 4 below.
• To cancel an order, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement before the cooling-off period has expired. You may do this by emailing us on admin@techtradeukltd.co.uk

4. Termination

• If you wish to terminate your order outside of the cooling-off period, any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of our site shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of TechTradeUKLtd.
• We reserve the right to enforce our contractual rights in the event of termination outside the cooling-off period. In the unfortunate event of cancellation outside the cooling-off period your deposit will be non-refundable. This to cover damages for potential loss suffered by us due to your termination.

5. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter of these Terms and supersede all previous and contemporaneous agreements, proposals and communications, whether written or oral. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software.
